Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policies below regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations for our digital and live class offerings.
🎥 Recorded Classes (Digital Products)
All sales of recorded classes are final.
Because these are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you experience technical issues accessing your class, please contact us at jean@balancecenter.com and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue.
🧘 Live Weekly Classes
We understand that schedules can change. Our policy is designed to be fair and flexible:
Cancellations
- Single Class Bookings: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the class for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
- No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours): No refunds or credits will be issued.
🙋 Exchanges or Credits
While we do not offer traditional exchanges, we’re happy to offer credit toward another live class if:
- You notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled class.
- The class credit is used within 30 days of the original booking.
