This photo was taken in 1945 when a US naval airplane crashed in the middle of Papua New Guinea. The area was inhabited by natives who had never had contact with other populations due to the isolating nature of the island.

Lost in Shangri-La by Mitch Zuckoff is a riveting account of how three Americans survived the crash and made friends with local tribesman.

As you might guess the citizens of Papua New Guinea were in natural Balance. In the photo you see a face that is vertical and a symmetrical face.

Because his face is vertical notice how his eye brows create a shade for his eyes. He doesnt need sunglasses.

Compare him to the woman below.

Her entire spine tilts back and her head also tips back. Her chin is lifted exposing her eyes to the rays of the sun. She needs sunglasses.

Noelle Perez, the person who discovered natural Balance, had many talents but one that we all benefit from is her gift of pattern recognition. Once I saw these differences I could perceive my own patterns and understand what I needed to do to be more upright and stress free.

As you get more Balanced sunglasses are an option.
